Description

How can writing and visual art inform and enhance each other? This course will explore creative exercises and projects which infuse writing and art into each other. We will experiment with forms of visual poetry, graphic memoir, comics, zine making, creative writing and more! The class offers a supportive group environment through writing workshops, discussions and some collaborative exercises. By the end, the aim is to have a deeper understanding of your own art and text creative processes, and a body of work to share!
